Returns and Refunds?

Please email sales@bigcitymusic.com within 7 days of purchase for all returns or warranty issues. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee for refund, or 7.5% restocking fee for store credit/exchange. Items with free shipping are subject to a refund minus our actual cost of shipping. Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 5% fee for refund. Items found to be defective will be repaired under warranty or replaced if still available. All items are expected to be returned in original packaging, and without any signs of wear (e.g. scratches, lost accessories, or modifications to instrument).

Shipping is not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping on returned items. Return shipping labels are sometimes available to customers on a case by case basis at the discretion of Big City Music. When returning items with "Free Shipping", our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

We are not responsible for units damaged due to use of improper voltages. Please be aware of voltage requirements before purchasing and connecting any equipment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

In addition to regular return policy, please be aware that returned items could also be subject to import taxes and/or duties that will be the customers responsibility.
